Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PollyLoop (“the Platform”), operated by Esirom Technologies Ltd. (“Esirom,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (b) collect personal data from respondents without proper consent; (c) distribute malware or spam through surveys; (d) attempt to access other users' accounts or data; (e) reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform.

4. Survey Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on PollyLoop. By creating surveys, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. PollyLoop Panel & Rewards

Consumer panel members earn points for completing surveys. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed through the Platform. We reserve the right to modify point values, redemption options, and panel eligibility criteria at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The PollyLoop platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Esirom Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esirom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kingston, Jamaica.
