  1. 20 April 2026·Surveys: optional questions, contact form, follow-ups, and preview links
    • ·Optional questions: mark a block as skippable so respondents can continue without answering; required stays the default.
    • ·Contact form question type: add any combination of first name, surname, title, business name, email, and phone.
    • ·Follow-up questions (1, 1a, 1b): attach sub-questions under a root block from the builder; order stays grouped after drag.
    • ·Survey preview: under Campaign, generate a secret preview URL (`?preview=…`). Anyone with the link can walk the full respondent experience; submissions are never stored. Rotate or disable the link anytime.
    • ·Import/export: `[CONTACT]` in text format and CONTACT in CSV; contact field keys in the Options column round-trip.
  2. 12 April 2026·Live Polls editing, Help, and site navigation
    • ·Live Polls: edit question, options, theme, brand color, and results visibility when a poll is unlocked — use Edit poll or click the question. Close a live poll first if it is locked after reopening.
    • ·New polls start unlocked so you can fix typos before the first close/reopen cycle; admin All Polls includes Edit for unlocked polls (plus GET/PATCH APIs for support).
    • ·Help & FAQ: expanded for TapIn, Data Stories, survey response caps, manual close/reopen, Loop Live, and chart types in insights.
    • ·Marketing site: Features and Loop Live moved under a Product menu to reduce header clutter; Data Stories marketing page uses the shared site footer.
  3. 10 April 2026·Data Stories public pages & snapshots
    • ·Data Story URLs (/story/…) now use the full marketing header and footer so readers get the same nav as the rest of pollyloop.com.
    • ·Story snapshots include multiple-choice grids and more question types; refresh data in the editor after new responses. Public pages tolerate empty AI summaries and explain missing snapshots.
    • ·TapIn and poll insights: pie and donut chart labels show the correct percentage (tooltip and slice labels now match).
  4. 8 April 2026·Surveys: close early, caps, and schedules
    • ·Close a live survey anytime from the builder (Close survey / Reopen) without unlocking questions — ideal before a scheduled end date.
    • ·Optional response cap: stop after N completed responses; the public link closes automatically when the cap is hit. Set in Campaign; save cap while live with Save response cap.
    • ·Public survey links respect start/end dates and caps with clear messages when collection is not open.
  5. Early April 2026·Loop Live, builder, and compare
    • ·Loop Live: quiz mode with scored MC / image / ranking questions, participant timer, thank-you score, and live leaderboard.
    • ·Loop Live: Q&A host moderation (approve/remove pending), MC grid quiz scoring (row→column), Netlify-friendly build (no prisma db push in CI), SSE maxDuration on Vercel.
    • ·Loop Live: ranking question type (drag-style reorder on mobile); live results show average ranks per option.
    • ·Loop Live: presenter sync — when signed in on the live dashboard, Spotlight updates the room so phones follow the same question; Grid view releases free navigation. Requires live survey + live results enabled.
    • ·Loop Live: audience presentation mode — Spotlight (one question fullscreen with keyboard nav), live word clouds for text questions, and a Loop Live guide at /loop-live (Mentimeter-style workflows, built into PollyLoop).
    • ·Survey builder: duplicate a question in one click; collapse question previews for long surveys; optional help text under each question (shown to respondents).
    • ·Survey builder: switch question type anytime (e.g. dropdown to multiple choice) without rebuilding the block.
    • ·Export questions as .txt or .csv — backup drafts or move them to another account; matches Import formats.
    • ·Compare tools: honest comparison page (PollyLoop vs SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Jotform, Typeform) at /compare.
    • ·This updates log (/updates) for teams who want a single place to follow releases.
    • ·Hosting: Netlify Edge stability improved by removing unused middleware.
  6. March 2026·TapIn, Data Stories, and survey import
    • ·TapIn: one-tap poll first, then an optional short survey — built for QR, social, and mobile; campaign editor, public /tapin/… links, and insights with chart views.
    • ·Data Stories: turn completed surveys into shareable pages with interactive charts, editable AI executive summary, outcome narrative, SEO/Open Graph, iframe embed, and visibility (public, unlisted, or password-protected) with optional PII stripping in the snapshot.
    • ·Survey import from CSV or text using builder codes ([MC], [RATING], [GRID], etc.); export matches the same formats for backups and moves between accounts.
  7. February 2026·Live Polls and embeddable votes
    • ·Live Polls: fast single-question votes with public links, optional live results for the room, themes, and brand color — managed from the Polls workspace with per-poll analytics.
    • ·Embeddable poll widget via /embed/poll/[id] (iframe-friendly) so sites and landing pages can collect votes without leaving your page.
    • ·Embeddable live results for surveys where enabled, plus a dedicated poll analytics view for reach and breakdowns.
  8. February 2026·Survey analytics, AI summaries, and exports
    • ·Per-survey analytics with real-time counters, charts by question type, and a response viewer for individual completions.
    • ·AI executive summaries and thematic reads on open-ended text — generate boardroom-ready takeaways from long-form answers.
    • ·Export analytics to CSV; share live results links with stakeholders when live mode is on.
  9. January 2026·Rewards panel, brand hub, and response quality
    • ·Consumer rewards: points per survey completion, prize configuration in the builder, and a panel-facing rewards experience for redeeming points.
    • ·Brand hub (/brand): logos, primary and secondary colors, typography, and survey style themes for a consistent respondent experience.
    • ·Fraud and quality controls: optional one-response-per-user rules, fingerprinting and IP signals, and authenticated flows to reduce duplicate submissions.
  10. January 2026·Campaign controls and demographics
    • ·Campaign settings in the builder: welcome screens, thank-you redirects, optional audience targeting, and geo targeting where configured.
    • ·Demographics capture toggle and localized options (e.g. income bands and country picker) for richer segmentation without extra tooling.
    • ·Organization dashboard overview and billing entry points so teams can manage accounts as they scale.
  11. December 2025·Core survey builder and public links
    • ·Drag-and-drop survey builder with 15+ question types — multiple choice, checkboxes, ratings, NPS, grids, ranking, image choice, video prompts, and more.
    • ·Mobile-first public survey experience at short /s/… links with progress, accessibility-minded layouts, and org-scoped security defaults.
    • ·Rich media in questions: images, video embeds, and visual concept tests alongside text.
